Baby Update - 20 weeks and counting!

•••••••••••••••••• It is a GIRL!! ••••••••••••••••••

Today was my 20 week check-up. My husband attended with me, and we both got to see the ultrasound images. We found out that we're definitely having a little girl! I had thought most of my pregnancy that we were going to be having a little boy (just my initial intuition), but I am extremely happy to find out that it is a girl after all. The baby is very healthy and normal too - yay!!

Now that I know the sex, I can start decorating the nursery. I actually just ordered the cute crib bedding set in the photo below. As you might expect, my nursery theme is "woolly sheep" and farm animals. I'm super excited to decorate and begin nesting. I have a lot more energy now and am actually feeling creative again. Instead of felting though, I imagine that I will be doing some crafty things for the nursery. I have a dresser that I want to refurbish as well as some wall art that I'd like to do. Best of all, I actually feel like doing it. My creative groove seems to be back. It is just baby focused at the moment.

(Here's the crib bedding set that I plan to use!)

Oh, and just a reminder for those of you who might be wondering, I will be sending out my newsletter at the end of the week (probably on Friday or Saturday) so please be on the lookout for it in your email inbox then. The theme is going to be fiber and felting resources and information. Thanks for your patience!
